1973 Norton 850
HCV received this 1973 850 Norton for a full restoration.  The bike was totally stripped and rebuilt.  All work except paint was done in house.  It’s now a fully sorted Norton ready for the customer to take delivery!

1950 BSA Goldstar

This 1950 Goldstar was built for a customer in Florida… completely from boxes of parts.
He supplied us with parts that he had carefully collected over 20 years and he now has a bike that should provide him with moto fun for many years.

 

 1972 R75 BMW

This 1972 short wheelbase R75/5 came to us after a collision with a negligent driver that bent the frame and damaged the forks.  We performed a frame-up complete restoration, and it looks and rides like new.

 

1961 Triumph TR5 AR

This very Rare 1961 Triumph TR5 AR was restored for a customer in South Carolina.
It was in sore need of restoration when we received it, but now it is ready for its next life!

 

1978 Moto Guzzi Lemans

This bike came to us by way of a good friend here in Asheville. It had been painted, but needed lots of mechanical attention.  He’s ready to ride now!

 

HCV built triumph 650 bobber

The fully rebuilt 650cc motor has been blueprinted for high performance and reliability, with new .040 pistons, bearings, a resurfaced cylinder head and a three-angle valve grind job. The carb is an Amal 932 currently jetted for an altitude of 2,200 feet. The frame is powdercoated. This bike has been sold to a customer in New Zealand.

  1. I stopped by your shop today. 12/28. Wasn’t sure you were still there. I’m going to Kentucky to pick up a 75 T140??? I’d like to turn it into a Bobber. Would you like to help?
